I wish i could go. Not going to finish work in time and living in Leeds and having to rely on trains makes it too difficult to get there this time.

Here we go again. Money/ kids/ midweek travel from afar all contribute but basically early Cup games against unexciting opposition are not a big draw for the majority of fans of most clubs including City.
Not great maybe but the way it is and has been for a long long time. It won't change so City should change their ticketing policy to match the reality.
City should give these games away to ST holders and sell out the rest at more conventional prices. Or do a Hamburg.

I'll be there with some of my mates, it will be their last chance to see the greatest team in the world for a while as they're going away to uni soon. That's the good thing about going to a local uni, I don't have to move away from City.

If someone wants to pay off my loan, rent, car insurance, etc, then I'll go. I've had to sacrafice the thing I loved most in my life, wayching City, for a while until I drag myself out of the debt. Oh well, you learn from your mistakes.

I don't fancy the driving back to Banbury for two-two and a half hours at half ten at night when I have to get up for work at 4.30 in the morning for a carling cup game. Will do it no problem for league games but a round trip with tickets, petrol, food and the inevitable purchase from the shop is a good £100 a time.. and Posties don't earn that much
