You truly don't have to try at being simple minded do you. As on another thread you had to have things explained, get your mum to change your nappy and come back when you have stopped sucking your thumb
Tell me exactly how much De Jong offered us last season other than 20 minute cameos and league cup appearances. He clearly wasn't wanted by Mancini any more yet de jong fan boys are completely blinkered to it. Mancini clearly wanted to replace him but it looks like the club fucked up but it wouldnt of stopped de jong leaving as he wanted first team football. If anyone thinks a sub deserves parity with Tevez and Yaya they need there head testing.
Talking sense is not simple minded but talking to de jong fanboys is like smashing your head against a brick wall as you get no sense back

Oh and my answer to the question is Zab

i didnt want to sell De Jong but we did, ok dont buy Garcia Rodwell and Sinclair save that 41 million add De Jongs fee to it and buy Gareth Bale, City unbeaten ? City would be out of sight
A lot of people and myself included dont think Bale would work for a Mancini team but that and also this wank de jong discussion shouldn't be on this thread

Watch the Newcastle game and how much a De Jong played a part in them goals.. watch the Qpr game and see who played a part in the 3rd goal.. See calling us De Jong fan boys just proves your childish.. You ignore the facts and start talking total rubbish what you actually believe
I stated the facts, He wanted parity with the top players, we wouldn't go above 100k a week, he didn't play much any more, he asked to leave for first team football. If you disagree with Mancini fine but the facts are he didn't rate him as a starter any more which makes him a sub for us. They are the facts, the cold hard fact is NDJ or Jongie didn't want to be a Manchester City player in the summer so we sold him
Are there enough actual proven facts in there for you?
Wouldnt we have been better off keeping NDJ for his final contract year, (on lower wages), and letting him go for nothing at the end? He was not disruptive and even if he wanted to play more first team football he was a quality player to bring off the bench when required. Garcia seems a liability at the moment.

dont have to be so strict can talk about other things if we got debate going surely, thats what its all about, anyway is it Bales pace, goals or assists that would make him not right for a Mancini team, cos i think someone with Silvas vision would love to thread balls behind the full back all day long and watch Bale race onto them, not sure who a lot of people are but everyone ive spoken to thinks thats just what we are lacking

I agree we lack pace but Bale is way to selfish at times although he is practically the only good player at Spurs and Wales

-- Wed Dec 05, 2012 11:40 am --

I think after everything he had given for us we respected him and his decision to move on. He gave his all while here and we let him go when he decided it was time, fair on everyone that way

FFS do you not think there are hundreds of players wanting better contracts, a compromise could and should have been met knowing the players he wanted to bring in were never going to come. Do you not think Mancini picks players he does not rate, course he does. It's sad to say but the summer dealings will ultimately be Mancini's downfall.

so really what your saying is that you wouldnt want a player who is by your understanding single handedly looking like getting spurs into the champions league ?

I dont think Mancini expected to be let down so much and I believe that why we have a new director of football so that these things do not happen again. NDJ was always going to leave in the summer after seeing his role diminished and Mancini respected his decision as he could not offer him the starting place he wanted
