Ticket Demand- last five fixtures

There is a need for the fans to be more together on ticket prices. I saw another thread last week calling for people to be turfed out of the middle tier so that "we" can increase the number of corporates and tourists (about the Deloitte richest clubs report). I was in the North Stand until relocated.

I goes this togetherness is a long way off when some fans with tickets don't turn up for games and deprive others of the chance of going.

Bundle in 3rd tier Colin Bell = £234.00, average £46.50. Wigan tickets in that stand £40. Game maybe moved if we beat Leeds. You can get tickets in tier 1 and 2 (away section) for £32 against Wigan.

Spoke to customer services and the reason the bundle was introduced was to maximise takings as they are hoping history repeats itself. Bundles are now on open sale and proof we fans are not going to be fleeced even by are own club.

how are you not being fleeced when there charging you more for games than you need to in the hope we win the league as last year ?

Because, presumably, he didn't buy the package, along with plenty of others if it's now on general sale.

I bet the club dont sell out for the last 5 games package.

From the official Site :- The allocation of tickets for the last 5 games Bundle at home has now SOLD OUT.

Obviously there will be individual tickets on a game by game basis, but let's be honest if there is a chance we can win it the touts will make a fortune and the tickets will be as rare as rocking horse shit.

The Sheikh won't be interested in whether these games sell out in a bundle or individually.

Maybe not, but if this means that many City fans that have always bought Citycards, or Blue Membership with matchday ticket priority" decide in future not to bother, this short term gain could well lead to a lot of long term loss, especially for the "less glamorous" games.
I think we might find that a LOT of blues will be complaining about nor being able to get a ticket for the last couple of home games, though as we do not know how many of these 5 game bundles have been available, it is all pretty much a guessing game at the minute.

Quite possibly a masterstroke by the club if we're out of the title race by then, considering the bundles have sold out. There could be some General Sale apathy if we're 12pts behind with a few games left. There will be still plenty of tickets left for others even excluding these bundles because most of the games aren't glamour fixtures.

It's weird how it seems the assumption is that nobody will want to go games once our chances of winning the league are over.

If that was the criteria, no fucker would have gone to any game between 1970 and 2012 apart from maybe a few in '77.

No one is forcing anyone to pay if they feel it is a so called rip off.

City are a business and are trying to maximise revenue. It's a shame that it is the fans who have to cough up the extra dosh but that's the nature of the beast
