I'm trying to do a ticket transfer for Bayern Home to a friend's & family. The transfer option is greyed out. Anyone else got this?

I haven’t checked myself but Ticket Transfer may not be available yet for the Bayern game. It often isn’t for cup games until a week or so after tickets initially go on sale.

Yes but surely you can transfer to friends and family? I was able for the Leipzig game.

Me and my dad can't go as we're both away on holiday that week. On the cup scheme so bought them automatically.

It’s just Ticket Exchange (City reselling your tickets) that’s not available for cup games. Ticket Transfer (you sending a ticket to someone on your friends and family list) will definitely be an option for you.

Ticket transfer now seems to be back working fine for all remaining league games. Not yet available for Munich. But I suspect that’s because the money is still pending in my bank account, even though City have emailed saying it’s gone through fine.
