ticket prices for semi- final

you are spot on. we up here are skint compared to other parts of the country. I'm hardly on my upppers but I do think twice about just how much I spend on city. Wembley will cost north of 500 quid, for a semi final, mainly down to one thing, location. the better off arsenal fans its 6 quid on the tube and a match ticket. its pathetic how all northern fans are treated, us in particular. most London games and worse the south coast games are almost impossible to get back from, they are always mid week or late ko's, an overnight stay is usually required, that or get home at 4 am and be up for work (you know to pay for the trip) only a few hours later.
Train , digs & match ticket £120.....what are you talking about ?

Bloody hell Bill, where are you staying? The Savoy?!! Or is that price for the whole family? Either way I feel your pain. I'm lucky cos for me Wembley's a cheap day out. A tenner in tube fares and another £30 for the match. The pay off is travelling in the opposite direction though. I part company with roughly £100 for every home game. Like you I'm hardly on my uppers either, but it's a crippling expense and midweekers are a complete no-no these days unless it's in Europe or a derby game. Difficult to let go though when you've done it all your life, eh?!

I just relented under severe pressure from my 9 year old ( I refused to go to Wembley for semis) and got me and him 2 tickets..its gonna be an expensive day out on my salary, just got the problem of sorting travel out now..up the bluessssssss

National express coach around £15 return mate might take a little longer but can't argue with the price
