How's things Rascal ? Saw you walking down to the Queens a few days back, looked more mobile than I'd seen you for a while.
I remember bunging the old flat capper £50 to let 3 of us in to the northstand for the main road massacre. These fancy new tickets have killed private enterprise and made planning much trickier for those of us with limited organisational skills ;o)

I'm in all the cup schemes for me and the lad but as yet have not been debited for the Brum game next week. Has anyone else on the schemes had the money taken yet so I know if I need to start chasing them in light of this fiasco ?

Just rang them, bizarrely they said everything is in hand and that they will process it soon. My seats are reseved in the scheme and they will debit my account and confirm by matchday ?

I had the same yesterday but was told that my seats had been given to someone else...all very apologetic and ended up in SS (which is fine). I'd check in your purchase history that the seats are there if I were you!

For all cup games they should perhaps think of e- ticketing you can print at home with barcode on. Barca seem to do this quite successfully. Don´t know if they do or not - any ideas?

whoever is in charge of the ticket office needs sacking. I've already been charged twice for my Birmingham ticket, it'll cost me £15 in time alone trying to get my £15 back and this isn't the first time its happened, it seems they are incapable of doing their job. We're Champions League club with a conference ticket office.

This is getting silly now! I ordered a Blackburn ticket through the local SC branch and it's been processed ok but I now have half the branch membership listed as "friends and family" along with their supporter numbers. Mental, absolutely mental.

Had to meet up with Danny Wilson before the game to collect a Blue Membership. Sorted that and rang a lad I work with to meet him and his gal to hand them the cards for entry. He answered the phone and was still in Dublin and they had missed their flights. Was stuck with 2 pitchside tickets in 101 row C. Hung around the ticket section and offered them to people (FREE!!!) and I was looked at like I had 2 heads. Eventually gave them to a young Japanese couple who were on holiday and they had an absolute ball, as they had been refused tickets as they had no purchase history. They offered me £100 when I was sat beside them but I couldn't take a penny and they were paid for anyways. They were singing BLUEMOON in Japanese on the way home and are going to be blues forever more pmsl :-).

admittedly the ticket office is not perfect but a lot of the congestion on mathdays especially with the guys with the handheld computers is blues taking the piss - ie. claiming they have paid for tickets that they havent, passing back cards etc

i appear to be a lucky one again but i signed up for e-mail and text for me and my lads, just do it on the membership page on the website and i got both for Napoli confirming my seat on cup scheme so dont need to print anything, just have "receipt" on my phone, surely they would accept that. the system clearly works for the majority because the ground looked pretty full to me at kick off.
get registered mail and text are free!
if you dont have a mobile or a printer i dont know what to suggest.
