I'm generalising mate. I really have't time for picky semantics ffs. I've had a day of stress trying to get tickets without some pedant chipping in. Hope you got one, I have now. The point is someone or something is to blame for such a fiasco.
I understand where you're coming from and someone is to blame I guess but the poor ticket office staff are the ones who get it all the time. As PB says the IT dept have to take some of the blame. Sorry if you think I was being a pedant, I didn't mean it to come across that way. Apologies, I didn't mean to add to your stress.
I've got my ticket because I'm on the Cup Scheme, and I've had my email confirming that I have a ticket but I keep re-reading it just to be 1,000% sure!! I'm excited for this game and can't believe that I've got the ticket............... Come on City. :-)
