Got email for cup scheme ones on Sunday. No email for the two I bought yesterday but they are in the purchase history which I'm printing off.

I honestly cannot believe City did not allocate a day or 2 for season ticket holders to buy their own seat, keeps it simple, 1 ticket each
it will be carnage on the night with people trying to find their 'new' seats
they still could have sold any non season ticket seats at the same time to other card holders

If you are on the cup scheme but have not received any confirmation of your purchase, make sure your card details are up to date, ie card registered has not expired or has been replaced by a new one.

I assumed mine had gone through until I realised other people had had their confirmations and I had not.

I got a new credit card last month and had not updated my account.

Make sure you check!

Simply plain wrong and totally unfair.

You could get two adult & two juniors off one season ticket yesterday . I know a couple of people that have done that .
