Tickets home - Real Madrid - Sold out

I'm puzzled, why is it the ticket office's fault if the server goes awol? Why is it the ticket office rather than the IT experts? Just curious, I know that some people like to blame the ticket office for everything but really?
I'm generalising mate. I really have't time for picky semantics ffs. I've had a day of stress trying to get tickets without some pedant chipping in. Hope you got one, I have now. The point is someone or something is to blame for such a fiasco.

I guess they want to fill the ground quickly.
Most area's yellow (50% sold) at the moment some amber (75% sold). Only reds are reserved area's.
theres going to be no chance of open sale, cityzens be lucky to get any at this rate, what pisses me is so called s/c holders flogging tickets on these site for inflated prices, thats scanderlous

I have sent them my professional details if they want somebody competent to architect a ticketing site in the cloud for them with max scalability. You really shouldn't have to wait much if at all.

Finally sorted, was on the phone simultaneously and got to 20 odd in the queue after nearly 4 hours, then the pick a seat ticket site started working, got my lad his usual seat and then got a couple more with my entitlement for relatives.

Not just ST holders mate, some Cityzens who haven't missed a CL home game since we joined the party in 2012 as well if all ST holders take up this option. What I still can't ascertain though is where this information has been advertised? Haven't got an issue with it being done at the end of a sale, but on the first day of sale? What the absolute fuck???

Got through after 4 hours and 23 minutes - they could not wave the booking fee as it wasn't the club I spoke to. I think I'm well within my rights to ask for a booking fee refund considering the website broke(my account doesn't work anyway, I have no purchase history, points and have the wrong supporter number) and I was on the phone for 4+hours

Not necessarily - with the relocated area's most yellows will be pre bought on the CL cup scheme (about 40% of season ticket holders I think).
