I doubt the price will change so I would buy now rather than risk missing out.

If I buy a hospitality package for the Apr 3 match against Villa and it gets moved (I'm only in the UK for 5 days) I'm out of luck as far as getting a refund...I'd still be able to sell (for face) and transfer to someone else though correct?

Just ring the club if it can be refunded in that case..? I’d imagine so

You can always try to sell hospitality package for its FV but beware the demand will be a LOT smaller than for just a match ticket

This is a bit of a fine-line off-topic message but given that I have insufficient privileges to post new threads, let's try this one.

Long story short I am planning to buy two tickets for Aston Villa (H) on the 3rd of April for my brother and +1 (We are EU Cityzens). Request: Could someone please check the current situation in the official ticket store if there are two adjacent seats available so that I don't have to spend £35 for a matchday membership in case the plan doesn't work out? Even better if someone here already had two spare tickets for the match! Thank you in advance

Im also looking for 1x ticket. Do citizens matchday members have access to the ticket exchange to get a ticket or is that only limited to season card holders? I assume there will be a few tickets closer to the time here on blue moon as a last resort? Cheers.

Yes matchday members can buy tickets on the exchange. You're correct there are likely to be tickets available nearer the time, both on the exchange and on here. Good luck.
