My account says next game Southampton but under points it says ticket points granted for Leipzig. I checked by credit card account and it says that there is a pending transaction under today's date for £20 from City and that must be the Leipzig ticket.

My Google Pay Details says Fixture Southampton so I am hoping that's going to be updated soon. That might be a way for you to check everything is OK..but not just yet!

Cheers just checked my account now says same £20 pending so looks like I'm going. :-)

I feel for you. How has buying a match ticket become like a MENSA test? I hope someone can help on here but I fear you are destined for hours on the phone.

When I buy 4 tickets for a gig I get one email with the 4 e-tickets attached with the seat number and named person on the ticket. Job done no messing about and you all get to sit together.

Exactly, I can't believe how the club has made such an easy task so difficult for everyone?

The club have managed to get everything right on the pitch and surrounding area with the huge investment from the owners but they're so far behind investing on what should come first and that's looking after us, the "customers"

I say that with a heavy heart, the tide seems to be turning though as the connection between "supporters" and the club is becoming further season by season. The lack of wanting to sort out the issues in the ticket office and customer services is evidence of this, the two main things that supporters rely on the most?

I am sticking to my guns not phoning any more but will pull out of all cup schemes come Wednesday morning if ticket does not show up in my PAH account I am done with this shambles!!!

The money has been taken from my card, I have a confirmation email (with a big note at the bottom saying this is not a ticket and will not get you entry), the points are showing on my ticket account - but no actual ticket either via email or in the mobile wallet. What are we supposed to do if it doesn't show up before the game - turn up and argue with the stewards?

Don't worry, I have resisted the temptation so far. But the bland assurance given out by the club that the tickets will be uploaded today or tomorrow does nothing to assist with the blood pressure. If nothing has arrived by the end of tomorrow then it leaves little or no time to sort it out.

I agree mate. If you have enough info you will get in the ground but the Club have to show that the new technology is helpful to most fans. They clearly aren’t able to do that atm.

Going down to the ground to sort out my CL ticket. 1 ticket office window best be open! Payment can't be taken. Added a DD card. CL ticket still not showing in my Google Wallet. F***ing farce! If City think I'm going to wait on the phone for 1 hour, they can f*ck off. If the issue isn't sorted out by Wednesday, not going to the match. City's financial loss and another empty seat.
