I have been less than impressed with MH and some players; but tonight everyone of the players, MH and the backroom team should stand proud. I congratulate them, losing is easy to take when your team gives 100%.

How can we be proud of MH when he got his substitutions so wrong? I've not been anti Hughes but it seems that the only reason he has any support is for some sort of continuity.

I tenatively agree, against my heart. Getting shot of managers has been our downfall, MH for the sake of stasbility and City should be given another season. Ouch, that hurts, but we need stability and the players need to know it is they who go if we do not perform, not the manager.

i agree with this......tonight our squad took a large sstep in understanding what it takes to be a success at a high level, it need drive in every game......if the players dont take that knowledge from this game we'll never be anything more than we are now?!

You can't get away from the fact that it is the boss' job (in any profession) to get the best out of those who work for him on a regular basis. Tonight showed that we do have the quality to do better than we have been.

In your opinion he got the substitutions wrong. Elano was knackered having given 100% we needed fresh legs to regain midfield, Zab injuried. Big choice.

Look at the signings Hughes has made.....all of which have been excellent and Im quite sure with the FULL BACKING of ADUG which he WILL get by the way, Hughes will make more quality signings and im not so sure the big names will come to us this summer but I am sure we will be at least a top 6/7 side next season.....some people on here do not know much about football....the ones who are slating him week in week out...do you go to every game or do you just sit in your arm chair and watch on sky like those cokney rags????? Hes our manager start backinghim for fuk sake.....so what happens if we sack him then? We get another manager and were back at square one you are the same idiots who were saying the club needed stability! Were about to get some stability and your still fucking complaining. TBH, you couldn't be more wrong! The stability argument is most definitely used more by Hughes' supporters (there is some merit to that argument though).
