Tips on Sleeping in hot weather

Do what I do, work hard so your tired at night:)

I've been getting up for work at 330am for the last 4 days so falling asleep isn't a problem:)

If you haven't already seen my post open your attic/loft hatch, the hot air escapes into the attic it really works for me, I live in a town house, so I can have the first floor windows open at night, still warm, but not stifling

Not sure if this has been mentioned but with our temperatures last week in the mid 40s we keep cool all day by closing blinds and curtains during the day.
Mornings open doors to get cooler air (sometimes) in but we make sure the sun does not heat up insides via windows.
Sleep with fan on and single cotten sheet in cooler bedroom.
Think problem in UK is humidity, very dry here so 35 in the shade feels like 28 in the shade so maybe AC if you have it but as said keep bedroom and other rooms cool during day via blinds and curtains.

Hot air rises when it gets to the bedrooms it's trapped, stale and stuffy, open your loft/attic hatch, it definitely helped at my house
I have been giving this some thought and sorry I am not having that. If hot air rises how come there is ice on the North Pole ?

Insulation works both ways so don't open any Windows or doors if temp inside lower than outside.
Temp here is a nice mid 30s normally (high 90s F) and stays about 30C without need for AC which frankly is costly.
Difficult with high humidity I know but keep heat out and get out of the habit of opening windows and curtains.
