Taking it all a bit personally! I've seen it many times, esp during CL games when a fair few SC holders don't come.

If it means I get to keep watching world class football from the best City team ever, then I'm hardly about to complain. Understand the whole "pricing out the fans" mentality, but also understand it is a business and no-one is giving shit away anymore.

I have spoken numerous times about pricing policy, so not going to regurgitate here. As long as they don't ruin your view of the game and spend a few quid on pies and gear, it's hard to complain.

Well, he is chinese... They have football for how long now? They don t know what football means in Europe. Probably he was just a tourist, not knowing what he was doing, just visiting both stadiums and buy scarfs, caps, bags as memories. Don t be so hard on him. It is very odd for us to see all these tourest time fans at the big games we will have to get use to it. they bring in a lot of money for the club, my daughter was at the till in the city store new years day and there was a " tourest " in front of her he spent just over £2000 yes £2000, so if they want to come over and add to the coffers thats fine by me, as long as they dont sit in front of me and act the dick.

Long standing fans are just as liable to be abusive and anti-social as new fans, or just as sound for that matter

What I see at Cup games especially is just more and different faces. It's not a new breed of sociological class that are somehow alien to the rest of us. The more blues the better.

MCFC will remain a working class club because 95% of Mancs have to work for a living.

And I don't see why new fans shouldn't be just as vociferous and noisy as we were in the past. It's up to existing fans to set a tradition that will be copied.

We'll be about the only club in the country having this discussion, because no one else is growing like we are. So this is entirely good

Just so I understand, when I attend on Saturday for Middlesbrough and take a photo using my Selfie stick of me stood in front of the main entrance wearing my half n half scarf I would be ok but I should not under any circumstances ask which is the Stretford End ?

Life long city fan who was born in Withington and the last time I seen city play was at main road I move up north at the the aged 11 now I got my son following city he wants to go to see them play but thing that worries me is I have a strong geordie accent
