Tommy Hutchison failed to turn up. City or his fault ??

Sounds to me like he wanted to promote and setup a book stand in the corporate section of the ground, which the club understandably weren't thrilled about for a bunch of reasons.

Seems a shame for him to turn down the hospitality of the club and miss out on the supporter club sales out of stubbornness if I'm being totally honest.

I see it like the BBC asking a movie star / singer to come on to the Wogan show - but then telling them they can't discuss their latest film or perform their brand new single, but to only talk about a film or album they made 41 years ago.
The actor / singer want to promote their latest film or single surely?
Tommy Hutchison, Wogan. Sounds like we’re in a 1980s time warp.

leave the city board alone they obviously had to consult the powers that be at Anfield and they said tell Tommy he can't sell his book.
