I know, i meant in terms of whether he will still start as a central midfielder, or whether he will play a different position or role. Our squad won't have 11 players.

Thank you for the information. I want to know about our outgoing players. What about kolarov, bony, zaba, mangala. Are any clubs interested getting them seriously? What about our left back situation. Are we gonna buy anyone?
Agreed, he ll go for a fortune. No bargains from RM. really hope he comes, what a player
Ball retention is key under Pep and with Kroos you get exactly what it says on the tin. You could even push Gundogen further forward with Kroos sitting, if he's attainable it's a no brainer.
Bluesingh!!!! Why do you use percentage per 90 minutes. For a better comparisonNot to be rude or something nut I kinda disagree, I think the only reason why Gundogan came cheap is that he's struggling with injuries. Considering he has played 7-10 games / 1000 min (avg) less than others, he's almost similar to those three in terms of stats. If we manage to keep him fit, it would well and truly be a bargain of the season.
Moreover, If we somehow manage to get Kroos as well, our midfield would be untouchable.
On paper Kroos seem great, bit for the life of me I don't see how it works
A Gundogan-Fernandinho-Kroos midfield doesn't work?
