Juve-Kroos: the backstory. Morata and Kovacic hardline Real Madrid

Brakeless. The Juventus market seems to know no limits: rivers of mollifying speeches, several negotiations, many options are still alive and many have already fallen. And while Miralem Pjanic came to Turin to prepare the medical examinations of these hours, Spain has dawned a new name for the median Juventus: Toni Kroos, German midfielder class 90 owned by Real Madrid, the combination with easy operation Paul Pogba much that the Spanish newspapers have suggested the inclusion of the former Bayern Monaco in any big deal. None of that, to date; but there's a backstory to tell that concerns Kroos.

THAT NO TO Kroos - Juventus fact not ask Kroos to Real in the encounter that will have this week, useful to discuss other pawns. That's because he had already requested information on Kroos in recent weeks, a contact in friendship with Florentino Perez to understand you more about the situation of the midfielder, also very welcome to features and shots at Max Allegri. The answer from Madrid was peremptory: no way, Kroos is not for sale. Unless the crazy amounts that may exceed 50 million Euros, definitely out of Juve's budget for the midfielder. That's why Kroos now in Juventus viewfinder is gone, indeed intrigues Manchester City but still not to the point of engaging in a genuine negotiation.

I recall a few fans in this thread saying how Toni Kroos would be just an "Okay" signing. I also seem to recall another fan saying how we don't just want okay, we want better than that.

Any City fan posting on this thread who would not take Toni Kroos at City seriously needs to give your heads a little wobble. He is top 5-10 central midfielders in the world... EASY!

Top 1. Although him and Modric is debatable.

What is this talk about Kroos being world class? But.. but.. but.. he's not good enough for the premier league! He's too slow! He can't defend! [/sarcasm]

Class player. Does all the right things with ease. If he was up against better opposition it's up to his teammates to protect him and create space for him. The kind of player that makes teams tick. David Silva or Nasri could do the same job for us. Sitting deep pinging the ball about like a quarter back.
