I think the only player close to Kroos is Verratti. Either would be perfect for us. Different style players in a similar role. Both would be superb signings.

Kroos is class. With the energy of Gundogan and Fernandinho we'd be unplayable in the Prem.

Bit strange for Juve to ask for Kroos, as they had been after Pjanic for a while. If Real are in for Pogba, surely use it as leverage.

Regardless, €50m is a bargain!

Pep loves his midfielders so I wouldn't be surprised if we go all in for Kroos. Our owner is owed a few favours by the Madrid president, so I wouldn't completely rule this out.

Failing that we definitely need to bolster this area so I am hoping there might be a couple of surprises before the end of the window.

I'm sure he'd be ok, but I don't see what he brings, that we haven't already got.

We were found out last season because of a lack of energy, not because we don't have players who can knock a ball around.
