I don't understand why city couldnt just stream it like they did last year with the africa tour.

I dont know if that is a live feed because it says that it will be shown on sunday in the us which would mean sunday afternoon in the uk which means it wont be live. All we can do is hope that they do show it live

ESPN UK is covering all the other games. So maybe they didnt want to pay for production of just one game. And this is a training match, its not even listed on the fixture list on OS. I am no expert just guessing.
