I don't care about the crowd like a few other on here have been complaining about, 25K isn't terrible and for those that came, i bet you wish you didnt! I have to say it's probably one of the most boring matches i've been to watch in a long time!

It seemed like we were suffering a derby hangover, nobody was up for it and a few of them, particularly Barry looked out on their feet in the second half! We should have played more of the squad from the begining, Petrov, Weiss etc..

The 2 bright points were Bellamy and De Jong, De Jong again was outstanding, Bellamy was his usual self a.k.a brilliant!

Anyway, none of it matters, we're in the last 16! Bets on us getting the Arse or the scum!!!

Shit performance, it really had the feel of the Notts F game last season, BUT we are in the draw for the next round and many city sides of the past simply wouldn't be.

Tough call tonight, we were not particularly good but the fulham team defended deep and chased us down like they meant it. Pathetic going forward though (fulham) and it took a brilliant strike out of the blue to give us a dose of reality, beforehand city without looking a big threat were in total control of the game and it stayed that way after their goal apart from a decent save from Shay second half when Lescott (again) took time pondering instead of belting it out. Maybe it was another player and I'm being harsh on him, I was half asleep at the time!

come on guys stay positive, times past we'd have never won tonight, playing poorly and still getting a result, this team is still coming together, several players are out injured and a couple need a rest. De Jong is getting better game by game, Barry is starting to do exactly what he did at Villa, be consistently good game in game out and chip in with important goals, and Bellamy looks great, half the country wishes Given was english, we're 4th in the league and in the last 16 of a cup, better than the last how many years?

Agree about playing squad players, I thought Petrov was brilliant. Weiss not so good but it was a great experience for the boy.
