Vinnie's a novice and De Zerbi is still a flavour of the month, reaping the rewards of Brighton's system. Time will tell if he's actually any good, we've seen managers do this before. Aside from Vinnie winning the Championship, they haven't won much between them either.

Tottenham is a far bigger club than Burnley and Brighton too. Ange having any success there will go much further in the eyes of the City hierarchy.
Not a prayer he be successful at the Spuds.

Seems like a good manager to oversee the transition of Spurs back from regular top 4 finishers into 7th or 8th best side in the country.

He plays pretty nice football and is a fun, likeable persona. He'll placate the fans while they slide behind the rest of the top 6 and Newcastle.

Ange is going to be a big success in this league imo. Top manager. Their process to arrive at this point has been a shambles, but the end result is somehow fantastic for them to be honest.

What would you class a as a big success?

Other than they both appear to be ‘big’ on what else do you base that conclusion? ;-)

:) Looks a bit unapproachable but seemingly the opposite, calm/not overly emotional, low key, dry sense of humour and looks like he takes no shit behind closed doors.
