2 points in this year's Champion's League suggests that the 'force of nature' is more akin to a gentle summer breeze.
Not really. We played well and created loads of chances. We have a young team and the experience was good. You have to remember what state we were in before he came. It’s not an overnight thing and we don’t have £70m to pay for a player who could change it. Last year we competed and played some good stuff and with a bit of luck would have won a few games. I was happy with the progress. Ange knew we needed to upgrade again and he or the new guy has money to spend. We will also probably lose a couple of players but we will recoup much more than we paid. Ange will have a bigger squad of the multi million pound players and the ability to spend on what he needs.

Don’t write him off, everybody who hate us up here did, and Ange parted everyone of their balls. He will make them much better.

The current Spurs squad is just not good enough to mount anything more than a decent cup run. Add in the Kane dilemma and anybody taking over has a massive job on their hands. Ohh and I almost forgot to mention that prick Levy.
The current squad will not be their season starting squad. They will have more direction about how to play a faster more attacking and pressing game. They have been a fucking joke for decades, they have tried all the “top euro” managers and all have failed to move them to being a force. Where’s the criticism of those cunts? It’s because you don’t know, therefore don’t rate him. Not a smart move. Let’s see how he does. I have no doubt he will make them much better. And his target of top 4 is not outwith the realms of what the man can achieve. I think he will surprise all of his doubters. Just a pity it’s with Spurs.

We've just conquered Europe, we're quite aware that football exists beyond England.

It just doesn't in Scotland
Great for you. As for it doesn’t exist in Scotland? I always hear that no **** watches Scottish football because it’s shite, but every **** and their aunty has a view on something they don’t watch? How does that work out? We know where we are and it’s down to money. You have it, hence you win the CL, we don’t. Take away your cash to our level and see how you fare.

We do well considering how far we are away from the top clubs with cash. We will get better.

He was Levy's what, 7th or 8th choice option? There will be no stops pulled out for him, when there weren't for Pochettino, Mourinho and Conte.
They three pricks failed miserably. Let’s give the **** a chance and see what happens. He wasn’t our first option either. But he turned out to be the best. He will do a better job than those Euro aristocracy pricks, who were a waste of fucking time and money.

Pochettino got top 4 every season and reached a CL final. That's massive overachievement for spurs, not failure. No stops pulled out.

Fair enough. I'veot really seen enough of his games to make a judgement on the performance aspect.

I suspect he'll try and get Spurs playing good football, but football fans (especially self entitled Spurs supporters) are fickle. If he's not challenging for top 4 early on, they'll turn on him.

They will be chanting his name, copying our songs, theirs are shit, in no time.

Let’s wait and see, shall we? We could go back and forth all season. You don’t think he will succeed, I do. All we need is patience. I have none of that, so you will just have to trust me.

Amen to your last sentence, Mr Pole.

However, if they were to take a Champions League spot at the expense of the rags, I wouldn’t be too upset.
