Toure kick out - no ban (update p30)

Trial by media who have vested interests makes a total mockery of the FA process IMHO there should be no appeals or retro action with the exception of when the wrong player was punished and this should just be a transfer of the punishment. They openly admitted on Sunday Suplement yesterday that Mourino would be all over this

Irrespective of who says what where the simple fact is that had YA YA not kicked out, which it is clear he did, none of this would even be up for discussion.

Haven't seen any mention of it on here but incredibly stupid from Yaya. Could well be a 3 game ban, which I think would see him return from suspension for the league cup final? Assuming it comes in to place before Sunderland on Wednesday.

Again, that's if he is charged, but now it's been highlighted on MOTD it doesn't look good for him. Idiot.

Why would any City fan highlight this? The media watch these pages and tend to use some of the content to make up for their lack of knowledge.

Re: Toure kick out - ban?

It was stupid but understandable given what RVW did to Yaya just before. It was a tap which RVW turned into a major assualt with an AK47. Playacting should also warrant a yellow and if the FA ban Yaya the they should also look at Shrek's kick on Richardson and various other minor incidents........

Re: Toure kick out - ban?

The only thing that will get him off, is the FA looking at the meal wolfswinkel made of it.

However in my opinion he deserves a ban, it may sort his head out and make him realize that a game is for 90 mins not the 5 he's been putting a shift in for.

Surely getting a ban

I have come to the conclusion that the FArce rely on the likes of SSNakesTV and the Biased Broadcastin' Cnuts to provide them with ammo that allows the world to see that they are right on the money with their discipline. The next question will be to ref Moss as to whether or not he saw the incident. Answer will come back no, and then Yaya gets charged. They only need to have one to go at per week so having chosen Yaya, the FatScouseGit and other thugs are let off the hook 'cos SSNakesTV chose us!

Ha! Laughable. I haven't read through the thread but I was waiting for a response like this (if you are actually serious). For the record, I waited til after MOTD just incase it was swept under the carpet;)

Re: Toure kick out - ban?

It wasn't that bad, RVW made a right meal of it. I think if anything the FA have to do something they should 'remind Mr Toure of his responsibilities and warn over future conduct' etc etc etc.

Sorry that's just clap trap. Yaya has been one of our best performers this season and doesn't need his head sorting out. If you look at the stats available (Chelsea at home for instance) you'll see he's consistently near the top of the 'distance covered' charts.

Re: Toure kick out - ban?

Was at the match but had no idea what happened at the time - we only found out when we were on the train home. Still haven't seen it yet. People are saying it was pretty innocuous but so was SWP's at Stoke a few years back and he still copped a retrospective ban. Was it any worse than what Shauny did?
