If he were to be banned now it is also going to hamper our preparation as Pelle must have been preparing with Yaya in mind and suddenly a day before the match you realise you need someone else to play !

The FA sent out a firm and clear message last week with the Andy Carroll decision that they are not remotely interested in dealing with players acting and trying to get others sent off.

Of course he is, because he's an utter wanker who would do anything to gain an advantage for his team. An incident in a match not involving his team, that has nothign really to do with him but, as his side would benefit directly from action being taken (Toure would miss the FA Cup game) he's opened his mouth in an attempt to influence the FA's decision.
