They are good, I always have a couple with me for emergencies. Not as good as Morphine though, that's brilliant.

Be careful with tramadol mate as others have said they can be fucking dangerous. They kill the pain, and kill the brain. I tend to only take them before bed now, occasionally I might have one in the morning.
