Transfers to new Singing Section

Seems like there are quite a few people moved from the family stand, including me and my dad, hopefully there is an improvement in atmosphere even up in the new third tier, it couldn't get much worse though!

As for the Mancini abuse that day, again, it was pretty audible.

What Mancini abuse? Mancini was long gone by the time we played that final game against Norwich, Brian Kidd was in charge.

Only thing I really remember about that game was Rodwell's goal and Kolarov taking yet another pop (not the first time that season) at the home support, and patience well and truly snapping with him and the abuse that followed.

There was a lot of anger after the way the players seemed to willfully piss away the FA Cup final, and the messy departure of Mancini. Kolarov copped a lot of abuse in that instance for what seemed to be the 'don't give a shit', disloyal and self-interested, half arsed and overpaid player in microcosm.

His pop couldn't have been more ill timed, and the reaction of the crowd was fully understandable.

He should conduct himself better than that.

No he didn't his reaction was OTT, and then so was probably a lot of people's reactions in the stand after that, but he's a professional and shouldnt be having a pop at his own fans. The grief he was getting wasn't even bad up until that point, just frustration at him stood watching and backing off after the opposition repeatedly ran at him
A few hand gestures and telling the 'mouth-breathers' to do one... They're not his own fans, and they certainly weren't supporting him that day.

Fair play.

Is anyone moving to the new stand creating/ordering any flags for themselves? Would be good if people could post some pictures if they do!

And he got a few hand gestures back, so what's the whingeing about?

Incidentally, if it was considered fair play for all of our players on the pitch to start giving out hand gestures and telling City fans to do one we'd be in big fucking trouble

No whinging from me... conversely, if we got on the back of all our players we'd be in big fucking trouble too.

If our fans weren't giving him shit there'd be no reaction, i don't see the rationale where you can call someone out and then complain when they give it back.

Well if he was defending properly then he wouldn't have got any shit. The key thing here is though that he wasn't particularly getting a great deal of shit IIRC, just groans of frustration as he was stood watching the opposition run at and past him repeatedly. If it was dogs abuse then yea maybe, but it wasn't (and I didn't give him any shit at all btw)
