This needs sending to Sky and the Sunday Supplement team. It would be great if they showed it on there, helps to spread the word about the scumbag stewarding. We need this to be seen by as many people as possible.

odd how we hate them bitching about the club until we want them for our own gains.

Why is that odd ?
Agreed. The media hatred is towards our club but this is not a club issue. Standing is one thing that unites football fans as is heavy handed stewarding. Look at the YouTube comments. Support even from rags on there.

Rick mate, send it to the Daily Mail. ;-)

Upto now I've only seen two videos... I didn't bother filming today as there must of been 10+ people filming, or they gave the impression they were filming.

I will be filming from now on, I saw shit today that wasn't shown on these videos.

There is definitely more video evidence out there as the footage I was shown in the pub after the game clearly shows a showsec employee launching a punch. Clear as day.
I hope we give them a hiding next time, cowardly fuckwits.

I don't get it.

They single out 109 as as 'you can't stand' zone, but 110 allll the way round to 121 then are left to stand.
You cannot do that, you either have to let everyone stand, or no-one, surely?
Bang on! Either ALL have to sit or they have to let people stand in 109 with everyone else from 110-120! None, or all, nothing else!

It's like yesterday at Anfield. Aparently the Scousers reduced the Rags allocation because of persistent standing even though they allow 12500 to stand all game every game in the Kop.

The reduced allocation was because they keep blocking the aisles and exits, but I agree thre does seem to be a great deal of inconsistency and confusion on the issue.

They reduced the rags allocation because they were blocking aisles not becasue they were standing per se. It's the usual "we do what we want" mentality from those scumbags.

Very distressing to watch. I feel so angry! Of all the showsec stewards and the police, I can't understand how not a single one of them had the common sense to see that this man was no threat at all and just had a quiet word. Why did the police fully support their disgraceful actions towards this man? I am furious right now.

Why ?
Because you've gave them your money and now have to abide by their laws. Sit down shut up dont argue. Its a disgrace these days. Fans pay good money and get fucked over by the stewards and police who are there to 'protect' you...

The law says people shouldn't stand in a stadium while watching a proffesional football match. 80 plus people died because scum had taken over the terraces, caused fencing to be erected and cost clubs millions. But it also led to better stadia and neutered the scum element. What is missing here is a consitancy and dialogue with the fans. Firstly the language is a digrace. You morons and you know who you are, can't utter a sentence without swearing even when children are present, so should even consider you're views. Secondly some fans are probably sick of standing because you want to, you selfish ingrates. Thirdly, I miss the Kippax!

Iv`e heard the season at covent garden is rather good this year
La Traviata performing this month

its good to see the levels of support the video has received on youtube...news seems to be spreading like wildfire
