Truck Runs into Crowd in Nice

Support for State Sponsored Terrorism, Support for US Foreign intervention, and Support for Coup's and Regime Changes will just lead to more needless slaughter. It's counter productive.

Sometimes in life several paths are open to you but if they all lead to the same destination the course is almost irrelevant

sometimes?

might as well get rid, full cavity search on the way out, waved on through with one of them pretend Iraq bomb sweepers checking luggage on the way back
(though on the positive side if the plane blows on the way back I would at least have had my holiday)
I go through airport security every day I'm in work, things have changed because its busier,i actually typed how lapse it is compared to less busier times, but don't think its wise to put details on an internet forum

Your views are too simplistic fella, is extreme Islam the cause yes but all I am saying is not all acts are carried out by true believers with a cause

I agree. Radicalised individuals who effectively join a cult.
Rather than just commit suicide with depression (which is bad enough), they are made to believe they are heroes and going out with style and 'achieving' something. They are still vulnerable individuals who've been radicalised or in some cases blackmailed (some suicide bombers have their families threatened etc).
I'm pretty sure the voluntary ones feel pretty damn important in the months leading up to their atrocious acts. That's going to be a very compelling feeling for some.

Yes they can - however, this bloke had guns and grenades. This is what make me think he is a terrorist rather than someone who has just had a breakdown

We will know more as it develops I have just read one article stating how he wasn't paricularly religious amd was a loner with marital problems, as far as I am aware the damage he did was with the Lorry so we are in an unfortunate position that any extremist or lone nutter has been given a new tool to cause mayhem.

He's not saying that though. He is saying that there are dormant nutters out there of all creeds and with the right call to arms / motivation they can be activated.
In this instance a Muslim nutter was activated. In another instance an American teen shoots up a school.

Of course, extreme Muslim leaders are deliberately trying to activate these nutters, but the guy that ends up being activated was only ever a 'dormant nutter who happened to be Muslim'

I totally disagree but lets leave it at that.

I agree a lot of suicides have a big fuck you attached and the less shocked we get the more it has to be ramped up. It's just another twist in a messed up world

Some really cannot see the wood for the trees, stop making excuses for these terrorists, you do gooders are the reason we are in the position we are in. Face the reality of the situation these terrorist are being encouraged to carry out these atrocious acts,

Excuses? What the fuck are you on about? Discussing if someone was an active terrorist or a nut job who took recent events as inspiration doesn't excuse the deed itself

I have book marked the date though it has taken 46 years to be labelled a do gooder
