Why are we only sending them now? The Foreign Office say that the Japanese only said yes to them a few hours ago, because they didnt know where they were needed.
They wont get there for a day now, by which time, 3 days after the quake, people will have died who were trapped.
Why didnt we stick them.on a plane as soon ad it happened, keep them.in a cpuntry nearby and wait for instructions?
