Tube strike cup final weekend (now called off)

Getting there may be okay. Getting away may be a lot worse.

Either way, it's probably not going to be clear of the effect until much nearer the time.

so what could have been a glorious day of celebration for us supporters (if we win league and cup).
is turning into a bloody ball ache.
KO time - shite
Prices - utterly ridiculous
and now travel - as awkward as possible,
well done to the one's on the free coaches.
but the theres time for the motorways to be closed yet
Train and tube operator has just issued a statement in short stating trains and tube lines will operate (basically not as regularly as a normal service) and further talks with the union will take place). Not a wages issue but a health and safety issues. (NOT REALLY REDUCING OVERTIME ON WEEKEND MAINTENANCE WORKS).

If it's maintenance staff striking , that tends to mean more delays but not normally no trains at all, so that makes sense to me.

Coming into Victoria as we're using Brighton as a base for the weekend. This is going to be interesting.

No, you'd be fine - you can get off at Clapham Junction and get the overground via Willesden Junction instead.
