TV Licence

Hey chill Winston, let them come round and have your day with them! Once they've been round they'll stop hassling you

Bollocks!

It is their responsibility to prove you need a licence.
If the OP says he doesn't they should take it as read.

You don't have to prove you aren't a rapist just because you have a penis do you?

Sure they changed there laws for a tv Licence to watching any bbc recorded internet or on demand programs you need a licence, before if you had no Ariel or cable entering the house you didn't need one.

You still don't.

You can a have a tv fully connected as long as you do not watch live or catch up services you don't need a licence.

You can have an aerial, it is irrelevant.

You need a licence to watch not to be connected to watch services.

BBC are scum suppose to be impartial yet any bad news is down to Brexit they need to fuck off to Brussels and take that horrible terrorist loving wanker Corbin with them

Do you really want all that hassle and worry to save just £120 a year?

No hassle at all and definitely causes little worry ..Just not getting one ..Never will either ..The only weapon they have is pulping down forests by the thousand to send you their really really scary letters that have red writing on them ..

But but .. they may send an official round to harass me ...TV License street investigators are not officials but it is central to their bluff that people think they are. The power of the threatening letters which TV Licensing sends lies in their implicit threat that they have legal force. They do not. You do not have to open your door to an enforcement officer or answer any of his questions. He is just a private sector bully of the sort the BBC would expose if it were not (indirectly) paying him.If any one wants to be a TV license secret agent then Capita are currently recruiting enforcement teams in this area.. 20k a year plus up to 5 k bonus and flexible hours.Use your own car and get 40 pence a mile ..Apply on the indeed website and bang out those barrel roles.

The BBC should either run adverts or be subscription only, the whole thing is geared towards content the average BBC licence payer doesn't want. One look at even their website will tell you that the lunatics are running that particular asylum it's one virtue signalling story after another.

Now Quest, that's a cracking channel :)

Announced today that over-75s will not get free licences unless get pension credit.
A spokesman said that announcing it on the day that the candidates named for being next PM is purely coincidental and is not a cynical attempt to distract attention from a bad news story.

If Yaxley Lennon urges us to not buy one I will certainly continue to buy one, despite having a few grumbles about the BBC of late.
