Has anyone seen - Under the Dome?

Think it was a 2015 release. 3 seasons. Think it got good reviews at the time, then it got cancelled as it dragged on a bit. Supposed to start off well though.

Thinking of giving this a bash soon.

Anyone got any views on it?

I said a few pages back (I think), first 15 minutes was great but it’s steadily and continually gone downhill. Not sure I’ll be bothering watching the next episodes

Ridiculous scouseness aside it’s really good.

The “amigos” are proper mobsters. Make the scouse firm look like a load of 6 year olds from Altrincham called Jeremy.

"The Residence" on Netflix, a whodunnit styled somewhere along the lines of the bastard child of Agatha Christie and Glass Onion, 8 part series well worth a watch

3 episodes too long, good premise but dragged out. Also why no cameras in the White House!

I have watched them all, first series was excellent, it goes a bit weird for me after but worth a watch i'd say

I watched it after reading the book - they are very different. I didn't mind the first series on TV (think King had some involvement with it). It got a bit too far-fetched for even me in the end. the book is fantastic though and a lot of very ominous stuff happens that they don't include in the TV version.

Have to say ended up really enjoying This City is Ours after a very poor first half hour. Not the most thought provoking watch but good entertainment. Liked the bloke with the curtains throughout hopefully he'll have a big role second series given how it ended.

i thought it started well, but tailed off into nonsense 5 episones in. It was mainly trying to be a scouse Gomorrah, same background music etc, but liverpool aint Naples...
