Just started watching peaky blinders. Very good and well worth checking out
It's superb as soon as you get acclimatised to the accents.

Peaky blinders is fantastic,superbly written and great casting/acting - doesn't get much better for me.It's superb as soon as you get acclimatised to the accents.

The only things i have slightly disliked are the casting of Sabini and some of the writing for Tom Hardy's character. Everything else is superb, particularly Cillian Murphy.

Cillian Murphy is brilliant - his character is cool,calculated and menacing enough to be realistic,a really fantastic actor.I have to disagree regarding Hardy,although I've heard others share your opinion......as for Sabini,yep possibly a weak link,he's a little bit 'toy' perhaps - its a very small gripe though.The only things i have slightly disliked are the casting of Sabini and some of the writing for Tom Hardy's character. Cillain Murphy is very good in it. It's not so much the writing for Hardy's character, I guess it's more the way his storyline progresses. Without ruining anything, it just seemed too easy to change direction. Sabini's accent was farcical!
