Onto episode 3 of Narcos for me. Netflix are doing a great job with their 'Original series', i've heard good things about Sense 8 and Daredevil was exceptional.

Just got into Mr Robot.
4 episodes in and I can strangely relate to Elliott!
Although I'm 99% sure I've spotted the twist after only 3 episodes and I can imagine how it ultimately plays out.

After reading about it and seeing the new series starting soon on Sky I decided to watch that "Rick and Morty". Disappointed, it's not bad but it's nowhere near as good as some make out.

Don't get the negativity, especially as it's vague, but each to their own...
Same, there isn't a corner of the internet that doesn't wax lyrical about it but I don't find it overly funny or clever.I watched it and it wasn't great at all.
I could have it on in the background if there's nothing else on but I wouldn't set a reminder for it.

Whilst it's not meant to be rip roaring funny, it IS clever and there is growth for the majority of the characters as well as many personal dilemmas to navigate.
I don't know how much you guys digest what goes on, but there is a lot for a 'standard' cartoon.

I "digest" more than enough to come to my own conclusions and perceptions. Literally being thrown in at the deep end character wise does not help. The pilot could easily be mistaken for a run of the mill episode halfway through any season.
I personally don't find it clever, cute in any attempt to be funny but just a crudley drawn cartoon with annoying voices that just jams a bunch of wierd things in for the sake of it as it stands. It's a time killer at best from my point of view, sorry if that doesn't meet your omnipotent approval. I thought it was each to their own, which is why I stress how it's my personal view unlike some...
