TV Series

Watched ‘Help’ on channel 4 this week. It was absolutely brilliant and definitely worth watching.

It’s set in a care home during the start of the pandemic. Stephan Graham and Jodie Comer excellent.

Was based on a care home very close to where I live. That it told the truth about what happened is utterly damning. Outstabding performances from Andrew Schofield, Ian Hart and Cathy Tyson too.

Two episodes into the North Water it's fantastic. Really gripping with some excellent performances in it.
Only one episode in, it's a bit grim and barbaric isn't it, horrible time to have lived your life, and few, if any, likeable characters, which would make you think it's shit, but it's not, it's actually very good.

Nearly finished true detective season 2. multilayered with enough intrigue to keep you watching. The tone set by the main characters is worth it alone.
