Just finished band of brothers(yes I know) and fuck me that was brutal. Episode 9 was beyond heartbreaking. Also how many well known future actors were in that series.

If it was released now it would still look amazing and the acting is top notch.

The pacific was good, but I think because we didn't get involved that much and it was the other side of the world i didn't enjoy it as much

Watched two, not bored but also remember people talking about these episodes like they were works of art. Very similar to TWD

Brilliant series and I loved the interviews with the actual veterans, trying to guess which one they were.
