TV Series

Yeah I know where you’re coming from Kaz, but I’m sticking with it, it’s not everyday you see Martin Freeman effing and blinding and him playing a bent copper is great to see.
Freeman plays his role really well, he's come a long way since Tim, fair play to him.
I found ep 2 a really hard watch. Kevin Eldon might as well be playing my dad as he deteriorated with dementia. He even looks a bit like him.
He's such an underrated actor, he got it absolutely spot on, without overplaying it. I was in tears if I'm honest, but so happy he played that part so well.
I know my own mum was at times considering what the wife did. Rip dad.
Anyway, if you want to see eldon at his best, see the auction scene in the detectorists, he's absolutely superb.

Dementia is such a horrible disease, so sorry to hear that about your dad blue, my dad passed 3 years ago last week with cancer, he was a big bloke but died weighing only 5st to that awful disease, anyway onwards and upwards.

Dunno why, but not feeling 'Dark Matters', so far.

I keep thinking 'Counterparts' was way more interesting 5 years ago!
I found Conterpart really boring. Only seen the 1st episode of Dark Matter but so far its not bad. Can't see it being better than the book (which predates counterpart).
