I’ve always liked Batman when done well, mainly because all of the characters are still human.
 
Black doves. Decent enough plot.
Can't be doing with knightly, she's a one dimensional actress, relies far too much on unrequired facial expressions.
Lancashire seems to be just plonked into this role, because she's Lancashire and as such is expected to suit it. She doesn't. She plays it half heartedly imo. Not quite convincing enough to play a ruthless bitch which the part requires.
The real surprise is the q fella, took me ages to work out who he was, plays this really well. Nearly gave up but I'll probably see it out.
Also had a go at earth abides, seen the concept loads of times before, but I'm a sucker for this format, so far so good
 
I know this will be too mellow for most of you on here and I'd not normally watch Saturday evening TV drama myself but I watched the full series of Moonflower Murders over two nights last week. Written by Anthony Horowitz with a great cast it's a masterpiece in whodunnit writing. A journalist described it as "head spinning brilliance" and he's right. A really fantastic piece of writing, it's so clever, not to be confused with Midsomer Murders, it's on a different level imho.

It's a follow up to "Magpie Murders" which I'll watch this week.

Had nowt to do on wet Friday and binged the lot…….not the best series around but not bad
