Tbh I wasn’t surprised mate, there was no evidence of conspiracy as she never directly responded to any of his “I’m going to kill him” type texts. How the daughter got off with fuck all charge is beyond me

Absolutely superb programme. The tension they build with it is amazing.Dark hearts is brilliant, great acting, i really believe they are real commando's binged most of it yesterday, just two eps left, bbc 4
You're right, it wasn't! They tried the 'connecting it to real life issues' card.....but it didn't 'highlight' anything, or mean anything. Also, I'm not a fan of Stephen Graham at all....mostly plays the same 'character' in everything he's been in, very limited actor.Watched that Adolescence - didn't really think it was that good - 6/10
Just felt like it was missing something. The last episode could have been 15 minutes long but felt like a recap of the first 3 eps. One lad in it got arrested and then just disappeared from it altogether...bit of a mess really. You're right, it wasn't! Yeah, my partner thought it too slow and "nothing happens!!!" whilst that, for me, was part of its charm. The female lead is fantastic.Watched Pluribus over Christmas.
Really enjoyed it. A lot more to come from this as well.
It's going to be multiple seasons, so season 1 is basically explaining the rules, setting the scene, and introducing you to this new world order.
Action-wise, not much happens in each episode. It’s very slow-paced.
But because it’s so original, the story is captivating and you just keep going.
Don’t think it will be for everyone, but if you buy into it, it might end up on a lot of people’s all-time top 10s eventually.

I haven't seen WW or know of the furore but I think I get your jist. To be honest, it didn't bother me as such because (whilst trying not to give too much away for anyone that hasn't seen Pluribus) I found one character to be the manipulator and it wasn't a shock that it happened. It was always going to go there. So, I have a question mac, cos I was thinking about this, the other day...
If you've ever watched the "Wonder Woman" film, 'Steve Trevor' dies of old age, yet is resurrected in possession of another Human body who, technically, is still alive and he and 'WW' end up having sex for the first time.
Now, you'll know what I'm talking about if you're up to date, but I'm wondering why there's not the furore over this 'permission' basis in this show compared to the "WW" film?!
Got to be honest, I really am struggling with it. Three episodes in and it’s just a bit shit (for me). Very slow as you say but will try and stick with it as this kind of idea I thought I’d love.Watched Pluribus over Christmas.

However, yes with hindsight it's a bit creepy now that you put it like that. Yet isn't that what gives Pluribus its edge and makes it more than just the usual?
