Two teens die in motorbike crash in Cardiff resulting in riots

Unless the video has been speeded up they are going much faster than you can on an electric bicycle and they are not pedalling. An electric bicycle has to be pedalled. It assists the rider. You cannot move an electric bicycle without pedalling.
It's irrelevant to this but most ebikes have a walk mode which will move them independently of peddling. It's there in case you get stuck on a monster hill and need assistance pushing the heavier than normal bike up to the top.

The thread title is wrong btw.
It needs to be changed.
I guess that normally, when youngsters are killed in RTA's they would be in a car. Obvs. not in this case.

The Times is reporting they were riding a £4000 Sur-Ron electric motorbike.

Not bad for an area that is so downtrodden and poor and no one has anything other than a bit of criminality to keep them going…

This is the kind of thing that makes people say benefits are too generous.

An audit of where the money came from would be interesting, but I doubt it was from Universal Credit.

If mum and dad paid for that bike I will be amazed.

I bought my wife an e bike a couple of years back and it isn't just peddle assisted, it has throttle on it like a motorbike
