Two teens die in motorbike crash in Cardiff resulting in riots

so the parents give the kid an electric scooter that illegal to use on the roads - sorry but how is the focus on the Police and not also on the family involvement in these deaths?

So one of the parents is determined to get to the bottom of things.
I think I may be able to help them.
We have an out of control family, buying an underage, out of control son,a powerful modified machine with no protective clothing or helmets that he is legally not allowed to drive on public roads.
The Police whilst trying to maintain at least some sort of law and order on the Reservation to protect the decent folk who have to live there, try to stop him to protect not only the publics, but his and the other scroats lives as well.
The whole family are the authors of their own misfortunes, close case, move along, nothing to see here.
Sorry no blame on the police, so no compen.

Agree completely although I’d want proof they bought the bike.

If you read the script out of the aunties mouth “it was an early 16 th birthday present from his parents” I don’t think a VAT receipt changes hands in these deals.

Didn't get their money's worth on that one so.

Looked online and some reports say electric bikes can be ridden on the roads by anybody over 14. However, passengers are not allowed. That could be why the police got involved.
