not panicking at all because that defence we had out today definitely will not be the defence we play vs sunderland. however, it is clear the defence as a whole badly needs strengthened. heres hoping that in the last few weeks of the window we being in a couple of defenders because it is far from solid as it is
 
In terms of the future the club gets an A
In terms of improving our first eleven it gets more like a D-

Gundogan is a very good addition.
Nolito is just a squad player.
Sane might improve us this season but the likelihood is that he will be hot and cold at his age.

Even after a new GK and Stones I think we need 1 more top player but we've spent quite a lot on young players so I just can't see that happening.
 
We needed three new defenders and two new midfielders this summer at the very least.

He hasn't delivered.
 
We needed 2 CM's to replace an ageing Yaya and Fernando.

A CB and LB to replace Mangala and Kolarov.

No idea why these areas have been neglected.

It really is bizarre and there can't be any credible explanation for it.
