Txiki Begiristain

I won't name the players, but City had all Summer to move them out. Instead the club has once again allowed them to run their contracts down, whilst paying them massive wages.(that's tbe problem, partly)

Whether it was Pep or this on-going policy of allowing our players to see out their contracts, this on-going club policy needs changing.

Can I just check because it sounds like Red Cafe on here ?

some of our supporters are morphing into the totally spoilt cnuts who infest the Rag pages .
I know right, imagine coming onto a football forum after being spanked again and seeing negative comments.

Come on lads, there's no room for complaint we all need to be blindly happy now.

The more I think about the Txiki abuse the stranger it seems. I agree that we've clamoured for fullbacks for a while, but I'm sure he's been in constant discussion with Pep since last summer about potential signings.

We obviously haven't seen the right players for the system.

The imbalance in the squad is plain to see when you look at our bench, usually 2 fullbacks, 3 luxury wide players in the 6 outfield players.

Club sucked manager who's worst result was finishing second and that was the season when he wanted new players after winning championship and they bought xavi garcia, nastasic, maicon and sinclair, selling de jong and adam johnson :)
Manager who managed to win the most difficult title battle against the manager who actually invented that battle :D
Manager who created core of current team and no manager or spent trillions of dollars is able to change that. Same aguero silva and toure are leading players anyway.
Manager who taught our players how to defend in just 2 weeks. I couldn't imagine during hughes period that our team could defend well without new additions but after just one match team knew it.
Manager who invented Joe Hart and Vincent Kompany :)
And there can be a long list.

Maybe because of that unfair attitude club deserves that even guardiola isn't able to change things correctly.

Bet he loved that but by who

The problem is we have a lot of players the wrong side of thirty who have achieved a lot in their careers. I'm not sure they have the real desire to go through another system at this stage of their careers. Pep's system requires massive amounts of work to function properly, either some of these guys aren't willing (Kolorov, Clichy, Sagna, Toure) or able anymore (Kompany, Zabaleta, Silva).

We have been mismanaged to such an extent that Guardiola has been left with an ageing squad, of pretty much wage thiefs. SIlva, Kompany and Zabaleta don't fall into this category but they need replacing because they can't do it anymore. SIlva hasn't scored in the PL in months.
