The entire youth coverage from our club is shameful.Surely they must realise the level of interest is huge? and yet they feed us on fucking scraps,at best.The official academy twitter account is fucking shit.

I haven't been able to follow the academy results as closely this season but notice we are not doing particularly well. Is it due to injuries and playing a lot of younger lads this time around? Would expect Lyon and Hoffenheim to have some good youngsters but also would think City should be winning that group...

There seems to be a bit of a malaise around the club regarding the Academy these days. I’m sure a couple of years ago they used to tweet regularly with news such as injury updates. This season we’ve had numerous players with long term injuries (Bolton, Garcia, Wilson, Doyle and Latibeaudiere) and not a single update on any of them. They also used to stream most games on Facebook - I don’t think they’ve streamed a single game this season?

Around 2016 it was good. Back end of 15/16 early 16/17 I remember watching Foden, Matt Smith, Latibeudiere, Dele-Bashiru, Brahim and Sancho most weeks on a stream when they were just coming into the u18's. Especially the FA Youth Cup
Since then it's just gone down hill.
