Night Fishing in August 84 on a millpond next to Cheethams park Stalybridge. Was fishing with a mate and we both saw it about 3am. Heard news on my radio at 5am that a UFO was spotted in Stalybridge Oldham and Rochdale. Was picked up on radar by Manchester Airport control tower.

I don't know, mate. Came from nowhere and seemed to hover perhaps 20 to 30 seconds before shooting off faster than anything I've ever seen. Best i can describe as was an almost blinding white spinning orb. We both just stared at it in disbelief all wide eyed and slack jawed.

I do not actively seek anything out.
I pop in here from time to time.
There are some excellent posts by people who have a basic understanding of probability and Astro physics.
I am appalled at the stuff posted on here by people with the gullibility of infants.
It may not annoy you, it does me.
