UEFA Disciplinary Hearing today

Has any other club in the recent history of European football had as many frivolous charges as ourselves?
It's laughable that the list posted above is legitimate. You'd think it was something written as a parody if you happened to come across it on here for the first time. We get accused as having a paranoia as City fans but it's fucking hard not to sometimes.
It's easy if you have no memory. Lying, blind, or mad at this point.

Are the list of things we have been "charged" with are actually true? Like did we ever get fined or charged for these or is it just good urban myths people say to sound good and prove how uefa hate us?

The only one we didn't get fined for is singing 'you're not incredible' - Hulk did complain (or his club did) but it was dismissed IIRC. Being late and throwing paper planes are absolutely genuine - we were fined for both. In case of being late, we were fined more than Porto were fined for racism.

We were certainly fined for being a minute late for the second half. I believe we were fined for the paper aeroplanes (as it's an offence to throw objects onto the field of play). We were also definitely reported by Porto for racist chanting after singing "You're not incredible" to Hulk but they threw that one out.

That's fine if that's the case, proves my point a touch that people say the "you're not incredible" which really is irrelevant. In regards to the others then fair enough, I thought we was in this day and age where one person makes something up and everyone believes it. A bit like all the quotes from people you see on social media which were never said but people lap it up.

I take your point, but even if you ignore that, the remaining charges on our rap sheet - throwing bits of paper, for instance - do rather suggest that UEFA has either got a serious grudge against us to the point of victimisation or has got absolutely no common sense in terms of when it simply lets something go.

I'm inclined to the latter myself - they are (IMHO) a bunch of pompous pricks whose dignity has been offended and they aren't going to stand for it. (The insult, not the anthem.)

Couldn't agree more, the being late to the pitch fine is laughable even more in context with other fines. "Throwing bits of paper" I agree is a touch harsh especially when we all know how it was however it could easily be twisted to objects and missiles being thrown onto the field of play. Doesn't make it right but I remember them corners being taken and they got pelted like mad with all the planes haha!

You're not incredible I am ignoring, Uefa can't help if Porto complained and common sense prevailed and no action was taken. Either way thanks for clarifying blue

I don't get why people still go on about the fine we got for being late back for the second half. It's a clear rule that's in place and anybody that breaks it is fined. It's that simple. We used to push the time to the very edge constantly under Mancini, i remember watching tunnel cam and the refs would regularly warn us we were in danger of being fined for late arrival for the second half. Being fined more for that than Porto were for racism only shows how little UEFA truly care about trying to eradicate racism from football. The hulk thing, nothing came of it, That was Porto being petty and/or not understanding the chant. And the paper airplane fine was deemed as throwing missiles onto the field of play. It was harmless fun at the time but again, it's a rule that we technically broke and can't really argue at the punishment for it.

So CSKA....

No but I think that given that Infantino has been quoted as saying today that fans do have a right to boo, and given he is the acting head of uefa? then I think we have our answer

I have just had a look at their official site and we are not mentioned, I wonder if it is going to be quietly dropped and only mentioned if the press ask about it, if they do Uefa then say that it was merely mentioned in the report but they were never going to take action ?

I am probably well wide of the mark and as I type they are probably banning us from Europe for three years but !!!!

Might we all be made to attend behaviour improvement classes, then anyone arriving late or leaving early could receive a fine?

And then the bastard will still go and fine us. Is there a history on the Uefa website of 'other' teams who have been fined for late second half kick off. I got the impression at the time that they were just using some obscure rule to screw more money out of us!
