I am sorry but no matter which way you put it, the Hateful Eight have broken EFL laws, at very least they should be charged for bringing the game into disrepute, yet no mention of a charge has been seen in the media,, the EPL and the FA need to be seen doing something to stamp out organized cheating within it`s ranks

... but wasn’t the new CEO of PL appointed after being interviewed by dippers and rags after the previous 3 (or was it 4) appointees withdrew - maybe after meeting the dipper and rag representatives .... all allegedly of course.

Why would we expect the PL to do anything other than nothing.

What a pity we don’t have the FBI over here doing to PL/FA what they did to FIFA

I have a feeling we’ll hear more about that when the time is right.

Sorry to add a note of pessimism to go against the overwhelming tide of optimism here [and that optimism may well be correct] but the danger here isn't that something will creep out of the woodworm to throw our case into unseen turmoil. What is more likely to spoil the blue bandwagon is the time it is taking to get the case into the courts, the delays and inactivity being a possible source of festering leading to players getting itchy feet and the club then having to get involved in another lengthy and expensive period of rebuilding whilst other clubs amongst the top six [???] with near enough squads are able to have a straight run at available trophies. As I indicate, it might not come to that but players such as KDB and Raz are wanted by other powerful clubs and they aren't likely to want to hang around if UEFA or the EPL are doing their best to throw their spanners into our works instead of encouraging the kind of game that Pep has introduced in his managerial career.

This corona virus stoppage has thrown a spanner into every clubs works. If City can use this period to nail down contracts and build trust with the players most of your mentioned fears could be eased. Big spending will not be on the cards for anyone while no ones making any money.

If they wanted to get rid of FFP they would have legally challenged it at any point in the last 10 years.

Our owners want what every top club wants, FFP to protect them from new competitors emerging whilst we turnover so much that it doesn't actually effect us, and that's where we are in 2020.
That's where we were until we got thrown out of 2 CL's.

Our best players still have three years or more on their deals, it will protect us in the main.

They include: Ed, KDB, Sterling, Jesus, Laporte and Bernie.

As this information been on the media outlets, sky, bbc etc?.
I've not seen this anywhere, shocking if true.

why would you assume they would leave? If they trust the club why would they

Seriously ? You haven't seen that anywhere ?
Portishead is being very generous by using the word allegedly. The Rags and Dippers had a meeting with the current CEO and it seems with all the others as well, it is even suggested that was the reason why the woman (whose name I forget) accepted and then refused to take the job . It did start to get in the media but it died a death and none of the wonderful investigative, hard hitting reporters bothered to ask why this had been allowed and what was 'offered' at this private meeting.

Who give them special permission and why. Plus why didn't the other 18 clubs kick up a fuss in the media because I'm sure they all have contacts to spread the dirt.

Because the majority of the other clubs know there place and lick arse.
It only takes one club to push it, city maybe and it will be out to the general public. So it makes no sense not to push it if it was such a big deal. Why would the other 18 clubs sit back and let united and Liverpool control things.

They would be unlikely to push for monetary moves but these are the type of players who would be likely to push for the game's highest honours which all players claim to want before money. I'm usually a cynic when I hear players claim that but when they are already richer than beyond their wildest dreams then medals may become the icing on the cake. It was always a case of wonderment to me when Jimmy Milner turned down a lucrative new contract before becoming such a turncoat but he did it and it worked out well for him. It won't be the last player ever to do that, let's just hope that none of our others are amongst those who get similar itchy feet.

Milner was tapped up a year before he left, as he walked on a free his signing on fee would have been huge and certainly offset any slight reduction in overall salary. Deep down he knew he would only ever be a bit part player at City hence his shithouse behaviour since he left.

Exxactly. Milne read south like a Bandit. When was the last time a player moved clubs purely to win things and took reduced wages? I bet it’s very few. They all claim to want a new challenge/win things but money is always at least 50% of the equation. I include players coming to city in that.

The why is simple these two clubs represent SKY any small club crossing them will get relegated just like last time

Represent sky? and who got relegated and how by crossing them?.
Remember Aguero `s goal for the best ever way to win a league? well it never would have happened, City went from a 10 point lead to 10 behind from the end of January to the end of March during this time the FA cheated City out of results and gave utd results, right up until 3 clubs owners spoke out about referee`s poor performances when playing utd, and within a week utd are back to playing rubbish, it was in the papers at the time but only a couple, the clubs were QPR , Fulham and strangely enough Aston Villa. All of which the FA relegated ASAP
