· Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the president of Paris Saint-Germain, has been charged with corruption after being accused of attempting to buy the rights to host the 2017 World Athletics Championships for Doha, according to reports.

More charges as well

Also market inflation complaints which were all the rage seem to have died down now for "more important" matters, now that they have realised City have never held a world record transfer fee and actually have a good transfer strategy. No talk of the damage the selling clubs and their agents do to the game either by holding out for massive fees, in regards to market inflation. That would bring the spotlight on United(Ronaldo sale), Spurs(Modric, Bale), Liverpool(Suarez, Coutinho) and they couldn't have that... that's just good business, organic innit?
Everton - Joleon Lescott
Liver - Raheem Sterling
Leicester - Riyadh Mahrez

I'd be prepared to give the allegations against Nasser El Khelaifi some form of credence if I didn't know what an exaggerating lying set of pricks the journalists (lol) who report this shit are. Having in the most part, a greater knowledge of the rules/laws and events than they do in respect of FFP makes me realise there can indeed be smoke and no fire at all. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt until unrefutable evidence shows up. Even then you should be aware "there are none so blind as those that cannot see".

I think FIFA, UEFA, The Football League, The FA should be investigated, we should turn it on it's head. I really think we have them by their short and curlies. Something tells me it'll end up like Brexit, too many fingers in the pie and it doesn't suit !

Even if Nasser al-Khelaifi is guilty of offering bungs in return for hosting sporting tournaments, I find it incredibly rich that anyone can turn their nose up at him when that kind of shit has been going on for decades with the World Cup and the Olympics. I remember even as far back as 1986 when Birmingham lost the bid for the 1992 Olympics it was open knowledge in the media that those cities who offered the most lucrative sweeteners to the IOC members had the best chance of securing votes.

We've already threatened him with legal action once, and not followed through with it, which is presumably why he feels emboldened enough to continue with his verbal attacks.
Strange not to take action because what he said was clearly libellous and he will be unable to prove his allegations. There's no point making a threat if you don't follow it up. We only need to take action against one of these vicious characters to stop a lot of these malicious smears. Tebas would be destroyed in any court case because all his links to far right groups would be fully exposed. CFG has much deeper pockets than he does.
