Even if we lose and are banned we are not cheats. They know it, we know it and deep down the sneering pompous hacks and gobby moronic fans of other clubs know it.
All we did was try and better our club and compete on an even footing denied us for many years until the takeover. Once we could compete we had to then hurdle numerous obstacles put in our way, cooked up and created to stop us from upsetting their cosy little world. Even then those hurdles were constantly being moved to make us fall just as we had started to clear them.
The only cheats here are UEFA and the pompous cartel of clubs they represent, aided and abetted by their propaganda machine the media. They should all be thoroughly ashamed of themselves and may they rot in hell.

I don't see how the leaks to Harris could help the UEFA side. It might allow a bit more mud to be thrown at City, but further breaches of process are not going to help them in any procedural complaint.
Harris won't be able to name his source without ruining his hack rep. Only if specific individuals are removed suddenly from UEFA panels might it be obvious; I'd expect a mass replacement more than on an individual basis.
Is it frustration at failings to make the case? Possible, but if it came out that it was from an 'anti-City' side, that would finish that person's career. I doubt anyone would do that to themselves.
Is it deliberate undermining of their own case? Could be, helps UEFA out of the hole they're in if it all falls down due to timings. Seems a bit drastic though, and risky that it would get rumbled.
Is it someone who just doesn't see the big picture of how it is playing out? I doubt it. People at that level are unlikely to do it.

G14 don’t exist, been replaced by bent fuckers Parry, Gill, Agnelli, Al Khelaifi, etc on UEFA boards, they all have agendas against our Club for various reasons. It’s incredible, the latter is accused of bribery in helping Qatar host the World Cup and other sporting events, (there’s plenty of evidence), Chairman of PSG and obviously at odds with our Owner. Agnelli is probably sucking up to him with his proposals for a revamped Champions League as Italy and France are way behind the Premier League in terms of TV revenue, they want a slice of our pie. PSG have nowhere to go other than winning the poxy French League by 30 points every season. Agnelli’s Juve are in a similar position but other teams in Italy are at least more fashionable and are making small progress to challenge Juve dominance. Agnelli is desperate to keep the status quo.There is of course another equally damaging scenario. UEFA are cautious about the case and how to proceed and a number of its members Rick Parry et al are breaking rank in their frustration (and anger of not necessarily getting what they want) leaking this crap to the media to put pressure on uefa. The G14 cartel are arseholes but UEFA have legal professionals in place who will know what they are dealing with the potential downsides of their case - most lawyers are ultra cautious and conservative. We sometimes see UEFA as a single entity - I think there may be the possible that they are split over this and very conflicted in respect of the case against us.... we know the G14 have us as guilty and are trying to retrospectively construct a case... if UEFA have any decent lawyers they will be briefing against this and highlighting the dangers.
They want us out of the CL and will employ any tactic to ensure it happens.

Yes, which is why I doubt it's a committee member.
I can see it being in UEFA's interest to have the whole thing collapse; it's a pretty high-risk strategy though!

Not publically known. There have been two leaks about the progress of the case though, and I think this is a reference to the earlier one.
