Is there any business in the world that prevent the owner from investing his own money into his business to make it bigger ?

We should challenge unfair financial play rule and put it to bed.

My view is that this is down to the neutrality of the process. It cannot be right to have representatives of your biggest rivals on the panel that decides guilt or innocence. It cannot be right that the case is allowed to be publically aired by the media during the investigation. All of this is akin to a biased jury and inability to receive a fair trial due to the prior release of evidence.
I am delighted that we have lodged an appeal against the investigation. I feel that this could be the beginning of the end for the current incarnation of FFP.

There will be a few at uefa running round right now clearing there desk and leaving the cleaner a note to turn the light off,I honestly think they thought there wouldn't be a cat in hells chance we would challenge them and we would just roll over and have our bellys tickled how wrong they have been....I hope to god his Highness can bankrupt the F**kers in legal fees alone

I wonder if the adjudicatory chamber will now wait until CAS has ruled on the investigatory chamber's process before delivering a verdict. This could drag on a while.

The question I want to ask any legal people on here.
If CAS throw it back to UEFA and say you have not done your investigations properly. Having not communicated with city on numerous issues and trying to rush it through to beat the deadline.
Are UEFA able to revisit it or is it now too late as the deadline has passed?

Part of me thinks this may have been a pre planned outcome between UEFA and City.
Basically UEFA can go back to the clubs pushing to punish city and say we did our best but ran out of time

If the CAS uphold our appeal, UEFA are fucked as far as the investigation goes. It's now time-barred.

Obviously we can't know what will happen, Courts can be perverse, but, if we do win, the real story begins. Questions have to be answered about who was leaking, why they were leaking and what UEFA have done about it. And, lastly, what do UEFA intend to do about the reputational damage their ineptitude has done to our brand.

I suspect there will be a number of other alleged breaches of their CFCB rules which we can all guess at but that's speculation and, unless we see the pleadings, we won't know the details of.

I'd really hope that, if we win or lose, a published judgement will throw a little light on things.

Stunned eh. Goes to show how clever they are then if this is true. I know would be considering next steps for all scenarios if I was UEFA. If its tue they are stunned it just goes to show 2 things. 1. They are as stupid as they look 2. Their legal representation is shite, which is fine by me
Yeah I was about to post similar. There will currently be a panicked meetings at UEFA where someone purportedly in charge will be asking his underlings to see all the documents and hoping like fuck that they have all their ducks in a row.

The fact they didn’t see this coming suggests they don’t.
